    Our Barcodes



    Pottery Faire, LLC barcodes each piece of pottery using a permanent sticker label. This label is attached immediately after leaving the factory and our company uses this barcode to track each piece as it travels through our system to your retail outlet. Each barcode label has three numbers and one barcode. Understanding the barcode is essential for inventorying your pottery shipment.



    The top number on the barcode. This is a seven-digit tracking number that is unique to each piece of pottery. No other piece of pottery has this number. It sits atop the barcode and the barcode reflects that number.



    The bottom left number. This identifies the factory designated SHAPE. It is typically three numbers, or a letter followed by two numbers. For instance, the shape number of an 11 oz bubble mug is 070.



    The bottom right number. This number identifies the factory designated PATTERN painted on the pottery piece. It is a four-digit number. For instance, the pattern number for Crimson Bells is 1437.



    The SKU. The SKU is the combination of the bottom two numbers on the barcode. The SKU for an 11 oz bubble mug in Crimson Bells is 070-1437. You can find this SKU under each picture of each piece on our website. Disregard any additional letter at the end of the SKU (such as an X or a G) as this only an administrative addition to identify the color of the edge of the piece.



    It is always best when ordering pottery to identify the shape and pattern NUMBER " or SKU -- versus any name of any shape or pattern. This effectively eliminates the possibility of mis-ordering any given piece.



    Return Policy



    Pottery Faire, LLC guarantees our customers will be satisfied with our products. We also want you to be confident with the product you are purchasing for resell.


    Pottery Faire, LLC tracks each individual piece from the factory to your store. If, for whatever reason, you cannot find a buyer for our products, you may return the product for a full refund of your purchase price.


    Your refund must fit three criteria:



    1. The piece must be in new condition " unused, unbroken, free of cracks, chips, damages, and vendor stickers.

    2. The piece must retain its original Pottery Faire, LLC barcode. The barcode must be readable and free from coverings " such as a vendor price sticker.

    3. The piece must have been in the retailer s possession for at least 18 months prior to its return.


    There is no re-stocking fee associated with these returns; however, the buyer/retailer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with the return.
